Set up automated email workflows, basic emails to specific audiences and smart emails.
To compliment your existing email marketing strategy, Tradable Bits offers the ability to send transactional email campaigns to groups of fans who complete certain actions in real-time.
Every Tradable Bits subscription includes up to 100K email sends "out-of-the-box". There are 3 types of email campaigns you can setup including:
- Basic Emails: Use the FanCRM to search and segment your desired audience of fans, and save them as a snapshot or filter. From there you can set up a basic email template that will send to this audience, which includes a header image, body text and a CTA.
- Auto Emails: Trigger an automatic email on the back of a campaign entry, a purchase, or the back of an event date to set up simple, but effective workflows.
- Smart Emails: Smart emails are similar to basic emails, but they follow up on the initial email for any fan that doesn't interact with the first email sent.
When you want to send out transactional email communication to a specific Tradable Bits audience, we've made it easier by eliminating the need to setup tags/filters and sending them to your third party ESP.
Configuring Your Email Campaigns
To get started, head to the Messaging section under Market Smarter.
1: Begin by selecting the New Campaign button at the top right of the Email Messaging page.

3. Filter Type: There are two "segmentation" types to choose from
- Filter: a segmented audience based on the FanCRM search parameters you choose [dynamic audience view]

Snapshot: a 'snapshot' of an audience filter from a single point in time [static audience view]
4. Build your campaign

Choose your Audience: You will be prompted to choose a snapshot or a filter in a drop-down menu. The drop-down menu will display ALL of your saved filters or snapshots to choose from. Select your preferred audience.

Select Your Template: Choose your email template from the drop-down menu.
- Input your Subject Line
(This is the subject line that your fans will see in their email inbox) - Set your Reply-to Email

Setting up your Email Templates
The Automated Email feature is based on an API integration with Sendgrid. Every email sent is through the Tradable Bits Account. When setting up one of these campaigns, you will be prompted to select your template. You have the option to use the default template or you can work with your Customer Success Manager to build a custom template.

Using the Tradable Bits Sendgrid Account - Out of the Box: To use out of the box, no set up is required. Our automated email template allows you to customize the following variables:
- Header Image [600 X Any Height]
- Body Text
- Call-To-Action Button:
- CTA Text
- CTA URL
