Getting started with Auto Emails

This quick guide will give you on overview of when and how to set up Auto Emails.

Auto emails are a simple transactional email that you can set up in Tradable Bits that allows you to select an activity trigger, which will automatically send emails to the fans carry out this activity. It’s a "set it and forget it" within our platform that’s intended to streamline your workflow and allow you to build templated processes for quick transactional emails.

 

Every Tradable Bits subscription includes up to 100K email sends "out-of-the-box".  Auto emails are one of three "out-of-the-box" transactional campaign options that you can create in Tradable Bits. You can learn more about our different email campaigns here or choose a specific type from the list below.  

Head to Messaging> Email Campaigns to begin. 

 

1.  Click the New Campaign button at the top right of the page

 

2. Select Auto Campaign

 

3. Define your rules of interaction by creating a rule name and the group that this will apply to

 

4. Select your trigger type and the subsequent activity that will trigger this rule

Note: Trigger types and activity cannot be changed later

 

5. Fill out the rest of your campaign details

  • Select Your Template: Choose your email template from the drop-down menu.
  • Input your Subject Line: This is the subject line that your fans will see in their email inbox)
  • Set your Reply-to Email: Who the email will be addressed from
  • Fill in your Variables: Customize the branding of your email 

 

6. Hit Save as Draft

 

7. Expand the Group Name menu under the Auto Emails tab to find your new campaign. Here, you can see a preview, send a test, activate or abort your campaign.



6. To continue editing, hit the pencil icon or the trash icon to delete your campaign.
