      How do I create a Vote Campaign?

      Here's a quick on how to set up your first Vote engagement campaign.

      The Vote campaign allows you to challenge fans to share their opinions. It's perfect for discovering what your fans love, whether you're asking them to pick the "Goal of the Season," select their "MVP," or choose the "Best Festival Performance." The Vote campaign empowers your audience to have a say and share their favourites, driving engagement and valuable feedback.

      When to use Vote:

      There are many creative ways to use the Vote campaign:

      • Play of the Game: After a win, choose 3-4 key moments and have fans vote on the single best play. This is perfect for posting on social media immediately after the game.
      • All-Star Fan Vote: Allow your fans to vote to send their favourite players to the All-Star Game.
      • Fan-Voted Setlist: Allow fans to vote for a song they want to hear at your Artist's next show.

      Configuration

      Under the Configuration tab, you can set the Maximum Selections. This defines the total number of items a fan can vote for. For example, if you set this to 1, fans can only choose one option from your list, even if you provide ten different choices.

      Vote > Configuration > Max Select Limit

      Content

      Under the Content tab, you are able to add the content your fans will be voting on. There are a two ways you can upload your content:

      • Upload CSV: Download our CSV template so you can pre-write all your entries and upload them in bulk. The  fields you will need to upload are Display Name, Category, CRM Tag and Description.

      Vote > Content > Download Template & Upload CSV

      Please note that this will replace all existing entries with the contents of the CSV.

      • Manually Add Content: Add Content using the + Vote Option:
        • Title (Required)
        • Category
        • CRM Tag
        • Image
        • Additional Info

      Vote > Content > Add Vote Options Manually

      Please Note: By default, the Thank You page will automatically display the final results of your campaign, showing the percentage of votes for each option, once the campaign closes.
