Here's a quick guide on how and when to set up a Stamp Card campaign.
Stamp Card rewards fans for exploring your event with collectible digital stamps - bridging physical activations with measurable digital engagement. Let your fans enjoy gamified exploration while sponsors capture first-party data, all while building loyalty, in one simple campaign.
Note: Stamp Card relies on QR or NFC scans for redemption, not location points. This means that you will have the facilitate the placement of QR codes at map locations for fans to physically scan with their phone camera.
When to use Stamp Card:
- Create a festival crawl with sponsorship stops to "collect them all" in exchange for merch or another incentive. You can reward fans for hitting lounes, VIP zones or more
- Create a city-wide hunt as part of your street-level activations for tours/artists. Think the Eras Tour, where cities created pop-ups for Swifties to take photos - except add a digital, stamp-collecting element
- If you have a Pub Program for distant fans to get together to watch a game , use Stamp Card to incentivize fans to visit more pubs, or more watch parties at the same pub.
- Venue/Stadium tour. Have fans explore more of your venue/stadium with Stamp collection zones in key areas.
Fans will need to connect with their email upon first visit and will continue to log-in this way to maintain their session and track their stamp progress.
We're outlining some campaign-specific details below. Follow this guide for more info on General Setup and other campaign basics.

1. To add your stamp locations, click Add New Location:
2. Easily search for you location by address or coordinates. Then, name your location and upload your desired stamp image that your fans will see on their stamp card.
3. When fans arrive at a location and are ready to collect their stamp, they will click the Collect Stamp button underneath the map
4. They will then be prompted to scan the QR code at the location and redeem their stamp!
5. Fans continue to redeem their stamps until their stamp card is full, based on how many you stamp requirements you configure.
That's it!
