Here's a quick guide on how to set up your first photo frame campaign.
The photo frame engagement campaign is designed for collecting user-generated content (UGC) while encouraging fans to engage directly with your brand.
It allows you to create a custom branded overlay that fans can apply to their own photos. Fans can further personalize their image with digital stickers you provide. The 'Smart Background' feature automatically removes the original background from their photo, allowing them to replace it with a selection of custom, branded images you've uploaded.
We're outlining some campaign-specific details below. Follow this guide for more info on General Setup and other campaign basics.
Configuration
This section details all the settings available for your Branded Photo Frame:
Campaign Configuration
- Photo Frame: Upload the primary branded frame(s) for your campaign. You can provide a single frame or multiple options for fans to choose from. This frame always appears as the top layer, on top of the fan's photo, background, and stickers.
- Your frame must be 1080px wide (can be any height)
- Must be transparent PNG
Please note: If you upload any other file format, the fan's photo, background and stickers won't be visible.
- Disable Fan Photo Upload: Supply your own image instead of having fans upload their own. Should be the same dimensions as the photo frame. This image will be cropped to fit within the photo frame.
- Enable Customizable Background: Provide branded backgrounds for your fans to add to their selfies. This option will allow fans to erase the background of their photos to let your branded backgrounds shine through.
- Enable Drag and Drop Stickers: Provide branded stickers for your fans to add to their photos. This option lets them choose stickers and adjust their size and positioning on any photo they upload.
Please note: Drag and drop stickers are not compatible with custom backgrounds.
