Why can't I see the chatbot?

Here's a quick guide to help you troubleshoot if you cannot see the chatbot in your Tradable Bits account.

As part of Tradable Bits's support program, we offer in-product chat support so you can quickly connect with a Tradable Bits team member right where are you working. 

You can find the chat widget in the bottom right corner of any page in your Tradable Bits account.

 

 

If you cannot see the chat widget, there are a few things you can check: 

 

1. Log-in credentials 

There are different ways to authenticate when you log in to your Tradable Bits account. However, the chatbot relies on your email to generate a chat with the support team so please ensure that you have logged in with your email directly or Google auth. 

 

2. Ad-Blockers

Some ad-blockers may be stopping the chat widget from popping up. Please try turning off any ad blockers then try logging in again. 

 

3. Firewalls

Some firewalls may also have behaviours similar to that of ad-blockers that impede the chat widget. Please speak to your web or IT teams to discuss options or try logging in on a different network.
