This article outlines how to export fan profiles from your FanCRM in the Tradable Bits platform
If you need to export a specific audience or all of the data from your Tradable Bits account, you will need to navigate to the FanCRM and select 'Search'. This will bring you to the FanCRM Search Dashboard where you will first want to select one of the pre-populated audience filters from the dropdown menu (ie- ALL Fan CRM, or Purchasers for example then select 'Search' at the bottom left).
Please ensure you set the FanCount Limit under the Search Parameters at the top right as our tool will automatically limit the first search to 100,000.
If you want to export your entire database, simply select the 'Search' button at the bottom left.
Once you have your total fan # populated, you will then select the 'New Export' button at the bottom right of your screen and toggle on the required fields. (We recommend exporting both your custom fields and the latest engagement campaign activity before exporting).
You can choose to download this data into an encrypted .zip file as a csv, or you can export it to a Email Endpoint integration.
