Unconfigured or past events will be displayed under Hidden Events. If you would like to create a New Campaign, you can click on "+ New Event". Once you've made the necessary additions, click “Save Setup”.

Once you've chosen the necessary campaigns, your Scheduler should look similar to the one shown below.
The assets used for each campaign are imported from "Scheduler Setup" within the "Miscellaneous" section of each campaign.
In Engagement Scheduler>Event Configuration you can customize the Event Image, Event Location and Event Description by clicking on the settings icon next to each Included campaign. If a location is configured, it appears under the date and the Description can be viewed by fans by clicking on the "More Info" button. "Enter" allows fans to participate in the campaign. Webpage Setup
Top Button Text and URL
These fields create a button at the top right corner of your Scheduler which can be used to direct fans to your main home page or to any other landing page of your choice.
Rich Text/HTML
The text or code entered here will be rendered as html under the list of featured and selected campaigns/events. You can use the space to inform your fans about special offerings, give them instructions or link to alternate pages that you would like to direct fans to.
Virtual Domain
If you have already set up your virtual domain on the backend of your account, it will show up in the drop-down menu for you to use. If you haven’t set up a virtual domain, but would like to check out this guide which will walk you through the process. If you do not select a virtual domain, the Tradable Bits platform will assign you one with the following template “tradablebits.com/schedule/[business account]”
Contact Email Address
This contact email address will be the point of contact for fans to use if they click on “Contact” at the footer of your scheduler. If you leave this section blank, the “Contact” link will not appear at the bottom of your scheduler.
Meta Title and Description
These fields are utilized as metadata tied to the Scheduler landing page. This is used to populate Tab titles within browsers, and also appears when the link is shared on platforms such as Facebook.
Compact Layout
Enable this option to make the campaigns take lesser space on the landing page. The images are removed and the details pertaining to the campaigns are displayed in a table.
Feature Campaign
If enabled, the next campaign is highlighted and placed at the top along with its corresponding description and image. This option cannot be enabled if you have enabled "Compact Layout".
Disable Cookie Warning
Every campaign has a cookie warning that's displayed at the bottom of the browser. This warning is to allow fans to get more insight into how their data is being used. This toggle will allow you to disable that warning.
Note: Please do not disable this unless necessary. Disabling this bar goes against regulations in most countries.
Tradable Bits Login
If this option is enabled, fans are shown the login screen when they land on the Scheduler. They need to complete the login to see the campaigns. However, they will not need to enter their details for each individual campaign if this is enabled. If this option is disabled, fans are directly taken to the landing page where all the campaigns are displayed. However, they will have to complete a data entry form prior to or post each campaign (depending on the campaign type) in order to participate in the respective campaigns. Campaigns that have specific custom fields as part of their data entry form will still have prompts shown for those specific fields prior to or post the respective campaigns.
Idol Events Setup
These configurations pertain to the creation of a calendar or list of events for Idols in your system. Toggling this on will display idol events created in "Events" under "Idols" in the "Know Your Fans" section of the platform. You can learn more about how to set up Idol Events here.
You can use this to build your festival calendar or a calendar of events happening across various cities/venues.

Idol event dates will be interpreted in this time zone, and converted to the user's local time zone.
Theme Customization
The theme customization page is where you can beautify your scheduler. On this page, our design guidelines show you exactly where each asset you add will show up. Follow the recommended sizing to ensure your scheduler looks exactly as you dreamed it.
FAQ
This section is where you can answer all the questions your fans might have about the event. You can create multiple sections in your FAQ to group common question themes. Within each section, you can house multiple questions and answers. The answers to each question become visible to users once they click on the “+” button.
Custom CSS/Javascript
This section allows you to customize specific components that are not available in the Theme Customization if you wish to. You can add Custom CSS or Javascript code here, and add any additional images that you would like to access in the Custom CSS section.
Publish
This section allows you to publish your campaign across multiple mediums. The options that are currently available are "Standalone Microsite" and "QR Code".
Standalone Microsite - Our system generates a website for every campaign you create. The simplest way to promote the Scheduler is to share this link, which is optimized for all major browsers and devices.
QR Code - Our system generates a unique scannable QR code for your campaign. Your fans can scan the QR code using their phone's camera app or a dedicated QR scanning app and it will trigger a notification to open the campaign, launching the campaign standalone microsite.
Now that you've finished all of the above, you'll be ready to promote all your campaigns with a single link
