This guide will help you measure and understand the results of your Tradable Bits Email campaigns.
The email stats section is where you can generate, analyze and share reports on your Tradable Bits automated email performance. If you're new to email campaigns, here's a quick guide to help you get started.
To begin, from the Manage Centre navigate to Messaging > Email Campaigns > Email Stats.
To view data for a specific email campaign, apply filters for email batches, rules, rule groups, date ranges, and purchase hostnames. The filtered results will then be displayed in the table below.
Summary/Overview of most relevant KPIs
This section will give you a look into the success of your email campaign. You will be able to track:
- Audience Size
- Sent Emails
- Delivered
- Failed
- Clicks
- Tracker Click Conversions
- Tracker Click Value
- Total Conversions
- Total Conversion Value
- Total Conversion Rate
- Avg Conversion Value
- Click Rate
Email Results
The email results table gives you a quick overview of your email performance during a specified time range. Hovering over the graph, you will be able to drill down on your open rate, click-through rate, spam rate, bounce rate and reject rate.
Email Type Breakdown
This graph gives you a breakdown of your email types sorted by Auth, Rule and Campaign. By hovering over the graph, its percentage will be revealed.
Email Campaign Breakdown
This table allows you to view the performance of your email campaign on a day-to-day basis within your selected timeframe. You can filter by email category to narrow down your results.
Per Day Breakdown
For a more detailed view of your campaign performance, track your emails on a per day basis.
Share Your Report
Once you have defined an analysis that you would like to share externally, you can do so with a simple link. This link can be deleted at any time, therefore you can revoke access at any time. To generate a shareable report scroll to the top of the Email Stats page and hit Share Report. You will need to:
- Create a report name
- Set an expiration date
- Provide a description (optional)
- Create link
