New Rich Text Editor:What You Need to Know

FAQs

1. Why is the rich text editor changing?

Our previous editor (CK Editor 4) is no longer supported. The new version ensures consistency.

2.  Will this disrupt my current campaigns or emails?

Most campaigns won't see noticeable differences. However, campaigns/emails with heavy custom HTML within the rich text editor may lose unsupported style attributes.

3.  How do I test my campaigns?

Clone your existing campaigns, save them and review their appearance to see what's changed.

4. Why does a campaign embedded in an editor not show up anymore?

We are removing script tags from the supported options inside of the editors. In order to use script tags, please place them in the Custom CSS/JS> HTML section instead.

5. Why are my tracking pixels not working?

We are removing script tags from the supported options inside of the editors. In order to use script tags, please place them in the Custom CSS/JS> HTML section instead. All tracking pixels must adhere to your regional restrictions around pixel tracking, in many cases this will rely on a user accepting the cookie tracking when visiting the webpage.

4. Where can I get help if something looks off?

Contact support via the chatbot or support@tradablebits.com; we're ready to assist.
