This guide will walk you through how to use the Fan Journey tool and some use-cases on what to use it for.
Fan journeys are your tool to visualize the paths that your fans take as they engage with your brand.
Each "path" is driven by specific start or end touch-points, whether that's buying a ticket, participating in a campaign, or interacting with marketing communication, and will segment your fans based on their common behaviours.
Drill down on these paths to: uncover new areas of opportunities, re-engage fans and identify the marketing efforts that led to the biggest payoff.
Head to the Fan CRM>Reports to get started.
1. Select Fan Journeys from the Reports menu
2. Select the +Create New button
3. Give your journey a specific title that will differentiate it from other journeys that you may want to map. Hit Save
A journey map will populate on the page for you to build out
4. Begin by hitting the Select Event button to choose the event types that you want to map out. Select your event type from the dropdown menu
5. Configure your event details and hit save
You can add an additional event at this stage or move on to configuring your End Event
6. Configure your End Event details and hit save
7. Once you have configured your desired events, hit the Update Fan Counts button at the bottom left of your screen to pull the fans into the journey
7. Your fan journey path is now mapped!
