This quick guide will walk you through how and why to use the different labels in Tradable Bits.
Labels are one of the most simple ways to stay organized and bring the data or campaigns that you need right to the surface. There are two different ways to use labels in Tradable Bits:
1. Idol Labels
Idol Labels are a quick way to categorize your idols based on criteria relevant to your use cases. These could be something as simple as your current roster of artists/players, or the artists that played at the latest edition of your festival.
These labels can be used as filters in the FanCRM to build hyper-targeted audiences that have shown an interest in a particular group of artists/players, and can also be used to group a set of artists for the "Lineup Predictor" campaign.
Check out this guide for more information on creating and using Idol labels.
2. Campaign Labels
Engagement Campaign labels are a great way to keep your campaigns/forms organized by venue, sponsor, project, department, or any other bucket that works for your business. For example, if you are running multiple campaigns with different sponsors all season long, you can attach specific labels to easily differentiate which campaign is with which partner. You are then able to search by labels to easily find all campaigns with that label.
1. To create a new campaign label, simply click into Labels underneath your campaign title in the Engagement Campaigns Dashboard
2. Name your label and hit Save
3. To easily search for campaigns by label in your Campaigns Dashboard, select label from the Group By section at the top or your campaign dashboard to reveal all your campaign labels:
4. Click into a label to reveal all campaigns with that label
You can also search for fans that participated in campaigns with that label in the Fan CRM:
1. To do this, simply add your desired campaign label and any other relevant parameters and hit Search in the Campaign Activity section of the CRM search.
This is a great way to show how many fans participated in all campaigns with that label.
