Reporting on Engagement Campaigns

Here's a quick summary on where and how to view stats and reports on the campaigns that you are running.

So, you ran a few campaigns. But, how many fans participated in your campaign and how many can you now convert into ticket buyers? The Reporting section is where you shall find all the answers you seek!

All campaigns have two sections tied to reporting: Stats and Results. To land on these pages, enter into the campaign of your choice, click on the dropdown tied to "Reporting" and select the page that you would like to see.

  • The Stats section provides a general overview of metrics tied to the campaign. There is no PII (Personally-Identifiable Information) displayed here and hence can be shared with other relevant stakeholders (such as sponsors, or senior management) to report on campaign performance.

  • The Results section provides reports tied to individual fans' responses and actions.

Below is a comprehensive guide on each of the metrics displayed in both sections and ways in which you can leverage this section to help you streamline your marketing efforts.

Stats

Start & End Date:

The period for which you would like to report stats.

Share Report:

Generates a link to share the report with sponsors or colleagues that do not have access to your Tradable Bits account. Please note that anyone with the link will be able to see your report, so keep it private. You can delete the link and thus revoke access at any time. You can set a name for the report and a brief description of the report.

Average Activity Duration:

Average time spent in your campaign per fan.

Entries:

Number of entries received for the campaign.

Entry Rate:

The number of entries per views.

People:

Number of unique fans that have participated in the campaign.

Opted-In:

Number of fans that have subscribed to marketing communication (email) from your brand when participating in the campaign.

Unique Views:

New Fans:

Breakdown by Date:

This section shows you a breakdown of the number of views and entries the campaign received over the duration of the period selected. You can view this breakdown either as a graph or as a table.

Source Breakdown:

Shows a breakup of the devices/browsers used to participate in the campaign.

Age by Gender:

Displays a breakdown of the ages of fans that participated in the campaign by age. Unless your campaign has a mandatory birth date field as part of its data form, then this breakdown will be based on information that already exists in your FanCRM. Fans whose age is not known will not be utilized for this breakdown.

Fan Gender by Count:

Genders are associated with fan profiles by the Tradable Bits algorithm based on names and this table displays the count of fans that participated in the campaign broken down by gender.

Fan Ratings:

Fans in the CRM are assigned a ranking based on criteria such as Propensity to Purchase Tickets, Number of tickets purchased, number of campaigns they've participated and more.

Locations:

Shows a breakdown of the locations that fans are accessing the campaign from.

Idols:

Shows a breakdown of the Idols that fans have shown an affinity to. Idols are brands, musicians, celebrities, athletes and influencers that fans interact and engage with on Spotify and Facebook.

Results

Certain sections on the Results page are specific to campaigns, which we will dive into in more detail shortly. However, every Results page will have the following sections.

Retroactively Tag Fans:

Campaign configurations offer the ability to Tag fans in the Fan CRM based on participation and based on answers provided by fans to questions. In case these weren't set up before receiving entries from fans, then this is your fail-safe. Fill in the tags in the Campaign configurations where applicable and then, click the "Tag Fans" button in this section to apply the necessary tags.

Winners:

Who doesn't love prizes! This is a section that helps you pick a random "winner" from the pool of fans that entered your campaign. Choose one or multiple winners from all of your campaign entries, or all entries on a specific date. The available configurations here are:

Selection Method:

You can set this to either Fans or Entries. This determines whether fans are chosen as "winners" or whether entries are chosen as "winners". If this is set to Entries, then fans that submitted multiple entries have a higher chance of winning. Whereas, if this is set to Fans, then all fans have an equal chance of winning irrespective of the number of entries submitted.

Select Specific Date:

Enter a specific date that you would like to pick entries/fans from. Leave this field blank if the date of participation does not matter.

Number of Winners:

The number of winners that you would like to pick.

Select Winners:

Once your fields are set, click this to generate a list of winners.

Export CSV:

Once you've selected winners, you can export the list to a CSV using this button.

Export Campaign Data:

Allows you to export a table of results, which includes PII, as either an HTML or a CSV. By default, all available fields are added to the report. Click on any field that you would not like included in the report to deselect the field. In case the campaign has "Campaign Result Values", then selecting result data may lead to duplication of rows if there have been multiple entries.

If you decide to delete a given entry field at any point of your campaign duration after some fans have already entered, it will still appear when you export your results. Entrants that entered after you removed this field and did not provide a response in this field will simply have a blank spot in the reporting table when you export.

Reset Results:

Clicking this will reset and erase all the entries that you have received thus far. Please be absolutely sure before resetting results to a campaign. This action cannot be undone.

Top Field Entries:

Campaigns where you have added custom fields to the data capture forms will have this section that gives you insight into the answers provided to those custom fields.

Certain campaign types will have campaign-specific results displayed. Click on your campaign of choice from the list below to learn more about the results presented for the respective campaigns.
