Here's a brief explainer on what happens when you delete a campaign and what your recovery options are.
We know that sometimes accidents happen or plans change and sometimes you may find yourself seeking to recover a deleted campaign and it's associated data. Unfortunately, there is no simple way to recover your campaign data once you delete it.
When you delete a campaign this action is permanent and irreversible.
If it is imperative for your team to try data recovery you will need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager for scoping with our development team to see how long it will take, if an attempt is possible.
Please note, we charge an hourly rate for this type of recovery and cannot in any way, guarantee a full recovery will be made. Instead, we recommend 'archiving' your campaign instead of deleting it, should you need to reference or clone it again in the future.
