How to import submissions to a UGC Stream

Here's a quick guide on importing content to a UGC Stream.

To import content to your UGC Stream, go to UGC, select your desired Stream, then navigate to Content > Posts. Click Add to see three options for uploading content.

Import Image / Video

With the Import Image / Video option, you can manually add an image or video. Simply upload your image/video, then add a name and caption. This will create a "Stream" post, which, unlike Custom Posts, includes author information and a timestamp.

Import from Campaign

To import submissions from an engagement campaign that you've already run, select the Import from Campaign option. You can then search for your campaigns and choose specific submissions to display or upload all entries.

Import Multiple Text Entries

This feature allows you to import several text entries simultaneously. To ensure your list of entries is uploaded correctly, please follow these guidelines:

• Each entry(post) must be on its own line.
• Each entry must include a column for Author and Caption. You can also add a column for image url (optional)
• Each column must be separated with a “|” symbol.
