How to set User Access Management on your Tradable Bits Account
This guide will walk you through how to whitelist or blacklist IP addresses, countries and set daily SMS send caps on your Tradable Bits account
User Access Management is where you can whitelist specific IP addresses, ban others and remove specific fan accounts for poor conduct on an account level. This section can be found in the FanCRM section under 'User Access'.

Let's go through each section in more detail:
Banned Users:
If you need to ban a user for poor conduct, select the 'Ban a User' button under the Banned Users tab and you can ban them by either their email, FanID or Username and select 'Ban'. Please note, only one field is required of the three in order to Ban them
Banned IP addresses:
Ban a single IP address or an entire network using CIDR notation. Under the 'Banned IP addresses' tab select the 'Ban IP Address' Button and paste the IP address into the required field and select 'Ban'.
Approved IP Addresses:
To approve a single IP Address or entire network using CIDR notation (ie- your Stadium/Venue) go to the 'Approved IP Addresses' tab and select 'Approve IP Address' and paste the IP address into the required field and select 'Approve'. If you are running a campaign within a venue, we recommend whitelisting the venue's IP's address so fans don't get blocked from entering from the same IP when using venue WIFI.
Extra Tip: We reccomend whitelisting your workplace/office IP so that you and your colleagues testing campaigns don't get flagged for submitting multiple campaign form entires within a short period of time.
SMS Markets:
This section allows you to whitelist or blacklist countries you want to send SMS messages to and allows you to send daily caps for these countries. This feature was created to help mitigate bot attacks and manage costs so you aren't spending money on bots instead of fans. This is especially important if you are using the Tradable Bits Auth feature on any of your campaigns and SMS Authentication is enabled.
To get started, go to the 'SMS Markets' tab under User Access Management and select 'Add Country'. From here you can select a Country from the drop-down menu and chose your action to either 'Block' or 'Allow' from the drop-down menu. If you are allowing, but want to set a daily max limit, you can indicate so here in the 'Max Daily Limit' amount.
