How to map core fields from Tradable Bits to Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Push key fan data - date of birth, gender, and postcode - directly from Tradable Bits to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

With Core Field Mapping,  you can push key fan data - date of birth, postcode, gender, first name/last name - directly from Tradable Bits into Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

That means cleaner data in your CRM, sharper segments and less head-scratching when building campaigns in SFMC.

Why this matters

Core fields are fully supported. No duct tape, no manual exports, just smooth, automated data flow.

Use Cases:

  • Send birthday perks and renewal nudges with Date of Birth
  • Target fans by Postcode for localized events
  • Personalize messaging by Gender or location

How to set it up

  • Head to Integrations

In Tradable Bits, go to Integrations and then select your Salesforce Marketing Cloud endpoint

SFMC Integration

  • Find Field Mapping

Look for the Field Mapping section. This is where you connect Tradable Bits fields to SFMC fields

  • Map Core Fields

SFMC Core Field Mapping

You'll now see the following fields available for mapping;

  • First Name/Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Postcode
  • Gender

Match each to the corresponding field in our SFMC account.

  • Save your Mapping

Once you've matched the fields, hit Save. From here on out, Tradable Bits will automatically push those fields into SFMC whenever fan data updates.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • You'll need ot have SFMC already connected as an integration (see this guide here for help on setup)

What you've unlocked 🔓

With core field mapping in place, and your data syncing to SFMC you can:

  • Run geo-targeted campaigns with confidence
  • Add personal touches like birthday offers
  • Simplify your reporting in one system
