This resource outlines the different login options for Tradable Bits users, how to add a new user to your account, and how to delete a user.
There are a number of different ways a new user can log in to their Tradable Bits account:
1) Username and password login
2) Social Authentication: The user authenticates in with their Google, Facebook or Spotify credentials.
3) Single Sign-on: Which is connected to your Enterprise organization's technology. (Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information about this feature)
How to Invite a New User:
Follow these steps to invite a new user to your Tradable Bits account account:
1) Click on your company's name in the top right corner of your Manage Centre and select Security & Access
2) From the menu on the left, click on the Admins tab
3) Click the Generate Invite button

4) Generate the invite link based on the level of access you would like to provide. The options are Full, Editor, Analyst or Legal
We recommend giving users who need to see invoices or billing FULL access. Any user that doesn't need to see billing can be set up as EDITORS
5) Select if you want to give the user the ability to export data
6) Click Save
7) Copy and paste the link and email this unique invite link to your team member. (Note: the link expires after 24 hours)
Once the user has accepted your invite link and created their account through one of the three methods mentioned above, their account will appear in the Current Administrators Section
How to Remove a User from Your Account
1) Click on your company's name in the top right corner of your Manage Centre and select Security & Access
2) From the menu on the left, click on the Admins tab
4) Find the team member profile that you want to delete under the Account Admins section and click on the pencil icon
5) Click the Remove button then Save

This team member will no longer have access to your Tradable Bits account.
