The following guide will walk you through how to set up the Memory Match Campaign.
Where to find "Memory Match"
Memory game lives in the Campaign Dashboard under “Other”. Start in your business and hit the blue "New Campaign" button to get started.
1. Set-Up
This section is where you can set your campaign name, start and end time, authentication gates, entry form fields, and legal setup. Be sure to check out the design guidelines to ensure that your campaign’s appearance is the best experience on mobile and desktop.
Pro-Tip: You can get creative with custom fields and ask for strategic data outside of email and name. The quality of your affinity data improves as you learn more about your fans.
Memory Match Configuration
This section is where you can design your memory match cards, and set a timer for the game.
Card Design:
The image you choose will be shown on the back of all cards before they are flipped.
We recommend choosing an image sized 250x350 px.
Time Limit:
Heat up the competition by setting a timer for the game. Or you can leave the field blank, and instead, use a stopwatch to measure the fastest and slowest times.
Pair Configuration:
The images you choose in this section will show once the card is flipped. You can upload 2-10 unique images, and memory match will automatically pair the images for the game.
We recommend choosing images sized 250x350 px.
When you’ve finished this section, click “Save Setup”.
2. Design
Campaign Pages
The first page that fans will see when arriving at your campaign will usually be"Campaign Not Started" page unless you have an "Age Gate" page which would come first.
Header:
The header image will appear at the top of the landing page. We recommend making this image transparent so that the background image you choose for your campaign will shine through. You will set your background image in “Theme Customization”.
Description:
The description will appear under your header. You can use it to describe the contest or to entice fans into participating!
Thank You Page:
This is the page that fans see once they have completed the campaign
Contest Over Page:
This is the page that fans will see if they click on the campaign link after the campaign has expired. Let your fans know that even if they missed this campaign, they can stay up to date with you by linking to your website.
Share Settings
Control what image and message display when people share your campaign on socials (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Image:
We recommend an image sized 1200 x 630 px.
Background Image:
This is where you set the beautiful background image for your page. It is the image that will show behind your headers, text descriptions, and memory game cards. Set it to “cover” so that it will cover your entire page.
Background Color:
If you do not choose an image, this is the colour that will show in the background
