How do I set up an Humanitix integration?

This quick guide will walk you through connecting your Humanitix account to Tradable Bits for seamless ticketing data transfer.

Supercharge your events and fan engagement by bridging Humanitix and Tradable Bits. Setting up an incoming Humanitix integration with Tradable Bits will allow you to instantly unlock deeper fan insights, streamline event management, and gather your ticketing and event data all in one place.

Humanitix Ticketing: Inbound Integration

Before you begin, you will need:

  • Access to your Humanitix Account
  • Access to your Tradable Bits Account

Humanitix Side Setup

First, you'll need to generate an API Key from your Humanitix account. Here are the steps to do this:

  1. Log in to your Humanitix Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Account menu in the top right of the page, and choose Advanced

  3. Under Advanced, navigate to Integrations, and then API Key
  4. Click New API Key to generate your key

  5. Copy the key immediately and make sure to store it securely, as it grants administrative access and may not be shown again.

Tradable Bits Side Setup

Once you have it, please share your API key with your Customer Success team, and we will set up the Integration for you.

Once your Customer Success Manager has finished setting up your Humanitix integration, you can find it listed as Custom under Incoming Integrations.
