Here's a quick guide to connect your Archtics and Tradable Bits accounts.
Archtics Ticketing: Inbound Integration
Importing user and sales data from Archtics results in new fan profiles, or existing fan profiles to be supplemented with Archtics sales data. You can use this data to build and refine Tradable Bits audiences to power campaigns with higher returns, and better targeting.
Configuration
Follow these steps to connect your Archtics Ticketing to the Tradable Bits Platform.
1. Align internally with your MSS team to:
a. Create item sets within Archtics that just include key membership information and exclude additional add-ons (things like scarves, stickers, etc).
b. Request two years back of data from your archive database as part of the item set.
Why is this important?
Clean data.
The information that is helpful for audience building and targeting through Tradable Bits tends to be sales that will help us drive more Memberships and more ‘like’ sales. Work with your MSS team to identify the products you want to come into the Tradable Bits system, and then separate them into a clear item set for us to ingest.
Estimated Time Horizon: 1 Week
2. Get approval from Nexus to connect your Archtics database to the Tradable Bits database.
To get this approval, please send your Nexus rep the following email, replacing the fields in brackets that apply to you and your business:
“I, [Tim Mullaly], [General Manager], at [Tradable Bits Football Club], hereby approve Ticketmaster to share data provided in the Archtics CRM data dictionary from [Tradable Bits FC’s] Archtics database to [AFL] approved vendor Tradable Bits as per the signed agreement and relevant data protection terms. The [Tradable Bits FC’s] Archtics database name/DSN is [TRADABLEBITSFC] and site ID is [TRADABLEBITSFC]. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you, [Tim Mullaly], 23/06/08”

Estimated Time Horizon: 3 Weeks
On average, we see a 3 week turnaround time from when the Nexus email is sent.
3. Check Sample Data
Once the integration is set, Tradable Bits will take a sample set of your data (1000-2000 lines) to pull into your Tradable Bits account. We will analyze this data to ensure that the data is clean and mapping correctly to the user and sales fields within Tradable Bits.
Nexus will often send a guide that Tradable Bits will use to map out event codes and price codes.
4. Set up Filters
Now that all of your data is mapped and flowing freely, you can work with your Tradable Bits Partner Success team to set up dynamic filters for different membership types. These filters will form the basis of new audiences you can reach through ads, email, or SMS (depending on the data and permissions you have for each fan).
FAQs
- Is this a one-time upload, or will we be having to do this on a regular basis?
It’s a one-time upload. Since the data is coming through as an API call with a reasonable frequency, new data will enter our system regularly and that is where we will create a new fan profile, or match new purchases to existing fan profiles.
- If a fan updates their address on the Archtics end, will that translate to Tradable Bits?
Yes.
