This quick guide will walk you through connecting your Subtext account to Tradable Bits for a seamless data transfer.
Connecting your Subtext account as an outgoing integration lets these two accounts share data to build out your database and push your SMS campaign stats to the messaging tools that you're already using.
Before you begin, ensure that you have access to both your Subtext and Tradable Bits accounts.
Set Up Steps:
We'll begin on the Subtext side and then finish the set up on the Tradable Bits side!
Subtext Side:
1. Log in to your Subtext account to begin
2. From your Subtext dashboard, navigate to the Campaigns tab
3. In the Campaign Info section, you will find your Campaign Secret Key and Campaign ID in the bottom right under your organization information
Take note of your Campaign Secret Key and Campaign ID somewhere secure as you will need it to complete the set up on the Tradable Bits side later.
That's all on the Subtext side! Head over to your Tradable Bits account to complete the set up.
Tradable Bits Side:
1. Begin my logging in to your Tradable Bits account and clicking on your account name in the top right corner
2. Click on Integrations from the account dropdown
3. On the left side menu, select Outgoing Integrations and click the +New button at the top of the page
4. Select Subtext from the dropdown menu under SMS
5. Give your integration a name
6. Input the Campaign ID and Campaign Secret Key that you collected from step 3 of the Subtext set up steps
6. Click into the Manage Sources tab and configure your source type and value. Click add
7. Test your integration to ensure proper connection
