This quick guide will walk you through how to connect your Dotdigital and Tradable Bits accounts for a seamless data transfer.
Set Up Steps:
We'll begin on the Dotdigital side and then move on to complete the set up in your Tradable Bits account.
Dotdigital Side:
1. Begin by logging in to your Dotdigital account and clicking on your profile icon in the bottom left
2. Navigate to Settings>Access>API Users
3. Select an existing API User or create a new one. Your API Region URL is displayed at the top of the page
Be sure to take note of the API Email, API User Password and API Region URL
That's all for the Dotdigital side, now you can move on to complete the set up in your Tradable Bits account!
Tradable Bits Side:
1. Login in to your Tradable Bits account and click on your account details in the top right corner
2. Select Integrations from the dropdown menu
3. Select Outgoing Integrations from the menu on the left
4. Hit the +New button and select Dotdigital from the dropdown menu
5. Name your integration and input the API Password, User (email), and Region URL that you saved from the last step of the Dotdigital set up
6. Click into the Manage Sources tab to select your Source Types and Source Values. Click add
7. Test your integration to ensure proper connection
