This quick guide will walk you through connecting your Campaigner and Tradable Bits accounts for a seamless data transfer.
By syncing your accounts, you're able to seamlessly push the fan data and contacts collected through Tradable Bits, directly to your existing Campaigner account to streamline your email marketing initiatives.
Before you begin, ensure that you have access to both your Tradable Bits and your Campaigner accounts.
Set Up Steps:
We'll start on the Campaigner side and then log in to Tradable Bits to complete the set up!
Campaigner Side:
1. Begin by logging in to your Campaigner account
2. On the top navigation bar, select Lists, and Mailing Lists
3. Create a new mailing list by hitting the +New Mailing List button and give it an identifiable name. Take note of this name as you will also need it to complete set up on the Tradable Bits side later
Next up, you'll create the Campaigner API credentials:
4. Click on Accounts in the top right corner and select Manage Users
5. Click on Integration Keys from the navigation menu
6. Click on Create New Key and add a unique description that will help differentiate what this key is used for
Note this key down somewhere secure as you will not be able to see it again and it is required to complete the set up on the Tradable Bits side
That's all on the Campaigner side, now you can move on to completing the set up on the Tradable Bits side!
Tradable Bits Side:
1. Begin by logging in to your Tradable Bits account and clicking on your account name in the top right corner
2. Click on Integrations from the account dropdown
3. On the left side menu, select Outgoing Integrations and click the +New button at the top of the page
4. Select Campaigner from the dropdown menu
5. Input your integration name and the API Key that you saved from the last step of the Campaigner-side set up
6. Click into the Manage Sources tab and select your source type and value. Click Add
7. Test your integration to ensure proper connection
