This quick guide will walk you through connecting your Campaign Monitor account to Tradable Bits for a seamless data transfer.
By syncing your accounts, you're able to seamlessly push the fan data and contacts collected through Tradable Bits, directly to your existing Campaign Monitor account to streamline your email marketing initiatives.
Before you begin, ensure that you have access to both your Campaign Monitor and Tradable Bits accounts.
Set Up Steps:
We'll begin on the Campaign Monitor side and then move on to complete the set up on the Tradable Bits side!
Campaign Monitor Side:
You will need to set up three distinct parts in the set up:
- API Key
- Client Name
- List Name
API Key:
1. Begin by logging in to your Campaign Monitor account
2. Navigate to Account Settings> API Keys
3. Enter your password to generate a new API Key or view an existing one
4. Take note of your API Key
Be sure to note down your API Key somewhere secure as you will need it to complete the set up in your Tradable Bits account.
Client Name:
1. If you are not using Campaign Monitor - Agency Version, your client name will be the name of your company found in the Account Settings > Company Details section. If not, simply input the company name of the client you would like to connect to Tradable Bits
List Name:
1. From the upper tab navigate to the Lists & Subscribers section
2. Select the list that you want to have your fans pushed to
That's on the Campaign Monitor side, now you can move on to complete the set up in your Tradable Bits account!
Tradable Bits Side:
1. Begin by logging in to your Tradable Bits account and clicking on your account name in the top right corner
2. Click on Integrations from the account dropdown
3. On the left side menu, select Outgoing Integrations and click the +New button at the top of the page
4. Select Campaign Monitor from the drop down menu
5. Name your integration and populate the other required fields with your API Key and Client Name that you generated in the Campaign Monitor steps
6. Click into the Manage Sources tab to select the sources that this endpoint will pull from. Click add
7. Test your integration to ensure proper connection
