How do I schedule an export?

Here's a quick guide on setting up scheduled exports for routine reporting.

Want to get an email with a list of fans every day or week to get a sense of whether your campaigns are attracting the right audience, then Scheduled Data Exports are going to be your new best friend.

While you can always jump into the FanCRM and get a sense of the numbers, sometimes a friendly email always feels better. You can set up weekly/daily exports, straight to your inbox, in the Scheduled Data Exports section. You can access this section by going into your Account Overview, expanding Security & Access and clicking on Scheduled Data Exports.

 

In order to schedule an email, click on New Scheduled Data Export and follow the steps outlined below. You can choose to schedule either a Filter Export or a Campaign Data Export.

  1. Choose the Filter or Campaign that you would like to receive your email digests for. Only one target can be chosen at a time.
  2. Enter the email ID(s) that you would like the mails to be sent to.
  3. Choose the frequency with which you would like to receive your reports. The current options supported are Daily and Weekly.
  4. Set a password that will be used to encrypt the report being sent. Since this report consists of Personally Identifiable Information, it is imperative that a password is set and please ensure that isn't an obvious password. The password must be Alphanumeric.
  5. Choose Custom Fields that you would like added to the report (if any).
  6. Click Save once done

Once you've scheduled an export, the reports that you have scheduled will be displayed on this page.
