How do I restrict PII data access for Admin Accounts on Tradable Bits?

For Enterprise accounts with strict data compliance requirements, Tradable Bits account owners can designate specific admins as PII-restricted. Those admins will see masked PII data wherever it exists on the platform and cannot run manual exports with PII or access scheduled exports.

You can toggle this option on by navigating to Account > Security & Access > Admins, and selecting the option when creating a new admin, or editing an existing admin.

When toggled on, all fan identifying data (name, email, phone, address) is partially hidden with asterisks across the entire platform for that admin - including FanCRM profiles, campaign results, exports and search.
