This guide will walk you through when, where and how to reset TFA for users in your Tradable Bits account.
What is TFA?
TFA is an extra layer of protection used to ensure the security of online accounts beyond just a username and password. This guide will walk you through how to reset the TFA for Admins within your Tradable Bits account. A.k.a the “I can’t get in, please help” reset.
How to reset your TFA
To edit profiles and reset the TFA for yourself or your team members, you will need Full Admin access on your Tradable Bits account. Don’t have it? Just shoot this guide over to whoever does, and it’s a quick 2-minute fix.
Visit Security & Access for your Account
- At the top right of the page, click on your company name. You will see a dropdown for your Account. Click on Security & Access
Go to Admins
1. Once you click on Security & Access, you will see the default landing page which says “Businesses”. On the left-hand side nav bar, click Admins2. Now that you are in Admins, scroll down to whichever profile you want to reset the TFA on. Click on the Pencil Icon to edit.
3. Click “Reset TFA.”
That's it! Give the page a refresh and access should be restored right away.
