How do I publish my campaign?

This article outlines the different display options for campaigns and how to publish your campaign.

Campaigns have five display options to choose from. Your campaign objective may influence which option you choose.

It's important to note that all display options can live simultaneously, all the entries/fan activity will track under the same campaign. This article outlines how to publish your campaign on all three channels.

Follow these steps to publish your campaign:

1) From your Manage Centre, go to the campaign section

2) Click on the campaign you want to publish

3) Select "Publish" from the menu on the left

4) Choose the display option that fits your objective

Microsite Link

This display option is the most versatile. Your campaign appears on its own microsite and the link is mobile friendly.

By default, the microsite URL is a TBits link, however, this URL can be customized. If you do not already have a virtual domain set up contact your Customer Success Manager.

Since this link is mobile-friendly, we encourage clients to use this during the promotion for the campaign (ie. social posts, emails blasts, etc.)

Website Embed

If you want to direct web traffic back to your website, this embedded display option is perfect for you. Simply copy and paste this unique embed code onto your website. Your campaign appears as an iframe on the webpage you choose.

Limitations

1) Your website must be mobile-friendly and you must troubleshoot to ensure the embed widget is displaying properly on all devices and browsers (no double scroll bars, etc).

2) Spotify login will not work for embedded campaigns

3) On iOS, Facebook only supports authentication within iframes via native web browsers (not web apps). Make sure to share your microsite link in all social posts/ads, or tell iOS users to "Open in Safari" when viewing your campaign within an app.

Native Embed

You can embed your campaign into your native Android or iOS app using our native embed link. Your campaign will appear to be part of your existing app so fans may find it while browsing. Your social authentication can also carry over from your app to your campaign.

Limitations

1) Your app must support embedded content and social authentications, and you will have to troubleshoot to ensure your campaign displays properly.

QR Code

Our system generates a unique scannable QR code for your campaign. Your fans can scan the QR code using their phone's camera app or a dedicated QR scanning app and it will trigger a notification to open the campaign, launching the campaign standalone microsite. Given the broad adoption of QR Codes that has been triggered by COVID, this is a great way to generate more engagement. Additionally, you can display these codes across your physical locations to increase participation and entries.

Live Results

All Tradable Bits Live Results pages can be embedded directly to your website, jumbotron, blog or other HTML-friendly site.
