How do I Measure Cross Campaign Stats?

This guide will walk you through Cross-Campaign Stats - what it is, and how you can use it.

What is the Cross-Campaign Stats Section?

Cross-campaign stats are your way to look at campaigns in aggregate so that you can pull out trends, key learnings and themes about the campaigns you launch over a specific period of time.

Here are some thought-starters for how to look at cross-campaign stats:

1. Time-horizon only: Leave the campaign section blank. Here you can specify a time horizon where you will look at the results of all your campaigns run in that period. For example you can look at the number of new fans brought in by your campaigns over a period of a year, a month or a campaign heavy period (finals, holidays etc.).

2. Tentpole Marketing Events: Here you can include specific campaigns to look at the results of a series of campaigns tied to a marquee event. For example, let's say for Draft you ran a series of campaigns as additional touchpoints to your social strategy. Choose those campaigns to look at the impact they all had in aggregate, and how their performance contributed to your overall marketing stratey.

How to access Cross-Campaign Stats:

To access cross-campaign stats, follow the steps outlined below:-

  1. On Manage Center, click on the Business that you would like to analyze
  2. Click on Cross-Campaign Stats from the menu on the left

On the page, choose the date range you would like to analyze and/or the campaigns you would like to see stats for.

  1. To choose campaigns, click on the Campaign field and either choose the campaign(s) from the dropdown or type out the name of the campaign(s)
  2. Click Generate. If no campaign is entered, stats tied to all campaigns for the period specified is generated

  3. Once you click "Generate", the system generates the following set of stats tied to the campaigns listed, if any, for the period chosen:

Note: The Cross-Campaign Stats tool currently supports only months reports and the date filters refer to the start month and the end month. For detailed reporting between periods (such as 15 days in a month, etc), you will need to look at the stats section of the specific campaign.
