Here's a quick guide that will explain what idol affinity is and when to apply it at the campaign or business level.
Idol affinity associates fan interest to specific idols (players, artists, etc.) in your Tradable Bits FanCRM, based on actions they take through socials, Spotify, ticket purchases, etc. This helps you gain a deeper understanding of your fan demographics and make unique connections between fanbases to get an upper hand on your marketing efforts.
When to manually apply idol affinity?
If a fan interacts with a campaign that is targeted to a specific idol (artist, player, etc.) then it’s not a stretch to deduce that they are interested in that idol. Manually inputting associated idol affinity helps streamline the process of applying affinity.
How do you do this?
Idols affinity is a powerful tool to help you connect your fan base to artists that otherwise might go unnoticed.
Manually applying Idols Affinity can help with consistency across your accounts. To do this simply:
1. Go to the campaigns section of your Tradable Bits Account and select a business

2. In the campaigns section, click on Business Settings>Default Settings

3. Here you will see the “Idols Affinity” section where you can enter artists that you want to associate with the business you are in.

You can also do the same thing for individual campaigns. Simply go to the Miscellaneous section and find Idols Affinity:

And that’s it! Any fan who enters a campaign associated with that business will now automatically be applied to that artist affinity going forward.
