How do I change the default language of my campaign?

Here's a quick guide to help you customize the language displayed in your engagement campaign.

You can translate your campaign into different languages in the Localized Language section of your campaign set-up. It is also possible to change the default words in your campaign. These changes will apply to the front end of the campaign site only.

Available Languages:

The languages available are:

  1. Arabic
  2. Chinese (Simplified)
  3. Chinese (Traditional)
  4. Dutch
  5. English (default)
  6. French
  7. German
  8. Japanese
  9. Korean
  10. Spanish

Adding a language:

1. In your Campaign set up, click on the Design Tab, select then select Localize Language from the menu on the left

2. Under the Localize Language section, click + New Language to select the language you want to apply to your Campaign

3. Click Save

4. The front-end is adapted for each fan depending on their browser settings. For example, if a fan has their browser set to Spanish, and Spanish is enabled as a language, the front-end of the campaign is seen by them in Spanish

Customize the Phrasing:

1. Click into Localize Language from the menu on the left

2. Edit the fields listed in this section to reflect the new wording you want to use (eg. change "Connect", to "Sign Up!" or any other wording that feels more aligned with your brand or campaign objectives)

3. Click Save
