Here's a quick guide that will show you how to quickly archive your campaigns.
After running a lot of campaigns, your index of campaigns can start to look cluttered. However, you may not want to delete your campaign if you want the stats available for reference. In that case, you can archive a campaign. This will remove it from the campaigns list.
What does it mean to archive a campaign?
Unlike deleting a campaign, archiving a campaign is NOT PERMANENT. You can decide to "unarchive" your campaign if needed.
When you archive a campaign, it means that the campaign is no longer "active". On the administrative side, this means that while you can view campaign stats & results, you will be unable to clone, template or change any general setup in the campaign unless you "unarchive" it. On the fan-side, archiving a campaign means that fans will no longer be able to find said campaign or participate in it.
How to Archive a Campaign:
Follow these steps:
1) Visit Campaigns section from your Manage Centre
2) Scroll down to the campaign you want to archive
3) Click the three dots to the right of the campaign and an icon menu will expand
4) Press the "Archive" button, highlighted below
You'll notice your archived campaign moves to the Archived Campaigns tab. If you click on the three dots again, you'll see an Unarchive button in case you ever need to use your campaign again.
