Here's a quick guide on how to connect and use Hive within Tradable Bits.
Connecting Hive to Tradable Bits
To integrate Hive with your Tradable Bits account, an API access token is required. You will not generate this access token yourself, you must contact your Hive representative. Follow these steps to set up your Hive integration:
1. Contact your Hive representative directly and request an API access token for integration.
2. From the Manage Centre, navigate to Hive > +Add Brand.
3. Enter the API access token provided by your Hive representative in the Hive Access Token field. This will also make Hive an available network in the Fan CRM when creating audiences.
4. Choose the brand you want to connect to Hive from the dropdown menu. Repeat this process to connect multiple brands.
Uses Cases for Hive
The Hive integration within Tradable Bits allows you to sync audience segments from the Fan CRM with your Hive brands. This enables you to:
- Build targeted audience segments in the Fan CRM
- Sync segments to your corresponding Hive brands
