How to Embed a Video in Engagement Campaigns

This guide will walk you through how to add a video in your engagement campaign

Before starting this process, you will need to go retrieve your embedded code from your video. If you are embedding a YouTube video, click the share button and copy the code.

To embed a video in your engagement campaign, navigate to your desired Campaign > Design. Select the page you would like to embed a video on and go to Description and select Edit HTML.

Once you have selected Source, paste your embedded code into the HTML editor and click Done.

Once the video is embedded, you can further customize its appearance by modifying the width and height HTML attributes in the editor. For the best results across all devices, we recommend setting the width  to 100% and using a fixed pixel height.
