How do I set up an eCard campaign?

The following guide will walk you through how to set up an eCard campaign.

ECard campaigns empower fans to become your brand promoters! After creating a customised eCard, fans can share their personalised eCards, which boosts fan engagement and helps build community.

We're outlining some campaign-specific details below. Follow this guide for more info on General Setup and other campaign basics. 

Configuration

  • Background Image(s): Upload at least one background image for your campaign. You can provide a single background or multiple options for fans to choose from. 
  • Character Count: Hide the remaining character count for the fan's eCard message.
  • Add Decoration: Upload images for fans to use to decorate their eCard. Decorations will appear as the top layer, and fans can drag to adjust their positioning.
    • Images will be resized to 80 x 80px.
    • GIFs will become static images.

Content

The content section is where you will set up your individual eCards for fans to choose from.  For each card, you will be prompted to include the following:

  • Title: Enter the title for this card option. 

  • Image: Upload an image to be displayed on top of your card background. 

  • CRM Tag: Apply a specific tag to users who get this result. This is useful for segmenting and tracking your audience in the Fan CRM.
