What is the difference between an Upload Campaign, UGC Contest and UGC Stream?

Here's a quick break-down on the difference between Upload Campaigns, UGC Contests and UGC Streams.

Upload Campaign

In an Upload Campaign, fans are encouraged to upload various types of content, such as images or videos.  The key purpose of an Upload Campaign is to gather user-generated content from fans.

  • Purpose: The main goal is to collect user-generated content (UGC) from your audience. This could be photos, videos, or any other type of media.
  • Usage: The content collected can be used for various purposes, such as creating a gallery, running a contest, gathering feedback or featuring it on an upcoming UGC Stream.
  • Interaction: Users upload their content, but it might not be displayed immediately or in a live format. It can be moderated and approved before being used.
