Here is a quick overview on how and when to use the Idol Custom Stats tool.
Use this section to import custom statistics about your artists/idols to help you make decisions about booking and more. Import and visualize the exact custom stats that you're after that would not otherwise be available through the standard programmatic stats being pulled for your ticketing data or Chartmetric. You may want to use Idol Custom Stats to analyze additional data points on your idol like fan club membership or podcast listeners, for example. If you can import it, you can measure it!
Importing your Custom Stats:
You can import any custom data that is relevant to your idol as long as your can supply the required import format fields:
- Idol Name
- Stat Name
- Stat Value
- Creation Date
Click the blue Import from .csv button to begin importing
Once you have imported this information into Tradable Bits, it will also be accessible with your other stats in the Idols Stats section so you can view altogether.
Formulas:
This section lets you create specific composite stats based on existing stats in your account.
Click Create New Formula to begin:
Create a custom formula based on existing available stats including default and any other customs that you have already imported:
Select your stats and click +Add to Formula
Click Save
Idols Sales Stats:
This section lets you import and measure sales stats against an idol that do not come from any pre-existing programmatic data integration sources. For example, you may use Idols Sales Stats if you want to upload any sales tracking sheets or additional sources like Pollstar data.
You will import these stats the same way as the Custom Stats. Please note the different required fields and additional optional fields:
- Idol Name*
- Venue
- Venue Location
- Headliner*
- Tickets Sold*
- Gross Revenue*
- Event Date*
- Currency*
- Ticket Price Min
- Ticket Price Max
- Percentage Sold (%)
- Venue Capacity
