Here's a quick guide on setting up an Idol event within your Tradable Bits FanCRM.
Idols events help you generate interactive schedules highlighting the lineup at your festival, or your various venues or other similar configuration.
Discover your fans' preferences by creating an interactive schedule or lineup they can customize to suit their interests. Associate events with brands, musicians, celebrities, athletes and influencers (Idols). You can display the schedule on public signage or promote it as an interactive widget on your website or app.
How to Create a Schedule with Idol Events
1. In your Idols section, select Events
2. Click + Create Event to create new events
3. Enter the following fields in the Event Details modal
- Event Name: Name of the event
- Venue: Venue where the show is happening. In the case of a festival, this could also be the stage in which the artist is performing.
- Idol: The Artist that this event pertains to
- Label: The Label to be associated with the Idol/Event
- Start & End Date & Time: The start and end time for this particular event
- Description: A brief description about the event
- City, Province and Country: The location where the event is happening
- Event URL: The link to access the event (if it is a live-stream) or a link with more details about the event
- Ticket URL: The link to purchase tickets for the event
- Event Image: The image associated with the event
4. Click Save once done.
5. Once Events have been set up, you can filter your events by selecting a label or venue

How to Bulk Delete Idol Events
1. From the Manage Centre, navigate to Idols > Events
2. Find your Idol Event by choosing your desired Year > Venue
3. To delete Idol Events, check the box next to each event you wish to remove. To delete all Idol events, check the box in the top-left corner of your Venue section.
