# How do I bulk import idols?
## Here's a quick guide on how to import multiple idols at once into the Tradable Bits FanCRM.
If you'd like to create multiple idols at once, you can use the **Import** feature. The system supports imports of up to 50 idols at a time.
#### Steps to Import Idols
**1)** In your Idols section, select **Import** from the menu on the left
**2)** Type in the **Name of the Idol** (one per line). The system will automatically try and scan **Spotify** to find a corresponding profile (UID)
**3)** If you would like to also add the Idol's Facebook page and X handle, you can do so by separating the Name, Facebook Page and the handle with the "**|**" symbol
**4)** Click **Create Idols** once you've entered your list of Idols
**Note: The various options that you can enter on each line are:**
-\> Name (e.g. chance the rapper)
-\> Name|Facebook Page (e.g. chance the rapper|chancetherapper)
-\> Name|Facebook Page|Twitter Handle (e.g. chance the rapper|chancetherapper|chancetherapper)
-\> Name||Twitter Handle (e.g. chance the rapper||chancetherapper)
**5)** Once you click on Create Idols, you'll be prompted to confirm the Idols that you wish to import. Idols that already exist in your system will be highlighted as **Existing** and Idols that do not yet exist in the system will be highlighted as **New** in the **Status Column**
Each Idol will also have links to their respective Spotify, Facebook and X pages linked against their names. Please do click each of these to confirm that the Idols are referencing the intended Artists/Athletes
**6)** If you wish to, you can assign a **label** to all of the Idols that are a part of this Import by selecting a label from the "**Mass Label All Idols (Optional)**" dropdown.
