How do I set up a BigCommerce Merch Integration?

Here's a quick step-by-step overview on connecting your BigCommerce account to Tradable Bits for a seamless data transfer.

You will need access to both BigCommerce and Tradable Bits accounts before you begin. 

BigCommerce Side Setup: 

1. Log in to your BigCommerce account 

2. Navigate to Settings on the left side

 

3. Navigate to API>Store-level API Accounts

 

4. Click on Create API Account

 

5. Choose V2/V3 API Token from the Token Type dropdown menu

 

6. Set necessary scopes and permissions

Customers= read-only

Orders = read-only

Order Transactions = read-only

Products = read-only (Required for Merchant Product Grid)

 

7. Click Save

Be sure to note down and securely save the API credentials that appear on your screen. You will need the Client ID, Client Secret, and Access Token to complete the setup in Tradable Bits. 

You will NOT be able to view them again. 

 

8. Pass your new Client ID, Client Secret, and Access Token credentials to your Customer Success Manager to complete the setup in our system

 

9. Once your Customer Success Manager has completed the setup on our end, you can find your new BigCommerce integration listed as Custom under Incoming Integrations
