Here is a quick step by step guide on creating audiences in the Fan CRM to sync to your Ad Networks.
Using Filters in the Fan CRM allows you to quickly create an audience based on specific parameters and quickly sync that to your connected Ad Networks, all in one place!
If you haven't already, we recommend that you get familiar the Fan CRM, Filters and the Ads sections of our platform to better understand the following process. Below are a few resources to help you get acquainted:
To begin, log in to your Tradable Bits account and navigate to Fan CRM > Search
To push an audience to a connected Ad Network, you must first create a filter of your desired audience. For more information on creating and managing filters, check out this guide here.
Once your filter is created, it is available to be synced to your Ad Networks!
4. Select your filter from the top drop-down, hit search and then click the Create Audience button
5. Select your desired ad networks to sync to and click Save at the bottom of the modal.
Please note, all audiences are static unless you toggle on the 'make audience dynamic' toggle at the top.
Please note for Meta, you will have the option to create a Looklike audience, as well as set an expiry date for the audience. Please note, your date range cannot be more than a year due to Meta policy.
6. You will receive the below message when your audience has been synced correctly:
Within the next couple of hours, please double-check in your ad account that the audience is syncing correctly and appears available for you to be able to target your ads with.
