The Localize Language tool allows you to customize and change the default wording in your engagement campaigns. This feature is ideal for editing text and phrasing of entry form fields to align with your brand guidelines and will only affect the front-end side of your engagement campaign.
How to Localize Language
1. Navigate to your desired Campaign > Design > Localize Language

2. On the right side menu, choose your preferred Language

3. A dropdown menu will display categories of fields, click your desired category

4. A dropdown will appear showing a preview of the current text/phrasing for each entry field

5. Click into your chosen entry form field and add your desired text/phrasing

6. Click Save in the top right corner
7. Click Save Setup on the bottom right to ensure all your changes are saved

Understanding Inheritance Behaviour
When you configure Localize Language at the business level, your text defaults (for buttons, forms, opt-ins, etc) will automatically apply to any new campaigns you create in the Business moving forward.
As of October 2025, updates made at the business level will only affect new campaigns created after the change.
Existing or active campaigns will not inherit these updates automatically.
This helps protect campaigns that have already been approved for brand compliance, and ensures your live content stays consistent.
If you'd like to apply new language to existing campaigns, open each campaign and manually update the Localize Language section under "Design" as we've walked you through above.
